Refund and Cancellation Policy for PD Consulting

Welcome to PD Consulting! This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and cancellations of services provided by PD Consulting. By using our website and purchasing our services, you agree to the following policy.

Refund Policy

  1. Subscription Period

  2. The subscription is valid for the period specified at the time of booking the order. While PD Consulting will endeavor to notify you about the expiry of your subscription, it is not contractually obligated to do so.

  3. Payment Authorization

  4. When you enroll by subscribing to the Service and choose payment through Credit Card, you authorize PD Consulting to realize the full fee for the Service in advance.

  5. Service Commencement

  6. The Site will commence service only after the payment is fully realized. PD Consulting is not liable for any damages should a delay occur in starting the Service.

  7. Right to Suspend or Terminate

  8. PD Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services at any time at its sole discretion if there is any difficulty in realizing the full value of the Fees payable.

  9. Violation of Terms

  10. Violation of any terms and conditions by the User shall be grounds for cancellation of the Service. No refund will be provided for fees already paid.

  11. Non-Usage of Service

  12. Once payment is realized, no refund/cancellation will be made on any grounds, including non-usage of the Service.

  13. Refund Timeframe

  14. Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 hours from the time of purchase. If 2 hours have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

  15. Deductions

  16. A payment gateway fee of 2-5% and a processing fee of 5-10% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refund.

  17. Proof of Purchase

  18. To complete your refund, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  19. Refund Eligibility

  20. To be eligible for a refund, the course/product must be unseen. If the course has been accessed, no refund will be provided.

  21. Refund Process

  22. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  23. Late or Missing Refunds

  24. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at pabitradas.consulting@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Timeframe

  2. Our cancellation policy lasts 2 hours if you have not viewed the course. If 2 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund.

  3. Subscription Cancellation

  1. For monthly subscriptions: Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month.

  2. For yearly subscriptions: Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent year.

  3. Service Discontinuation

  4. In the event that we need to discontinue or terminate a service, we will notify affected customers. Customers will be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused portion of their subscription.

  5. Exchange Requests

  6. Users can request an exchange before accessing the course online. If PD Consulting disagrees with an exchange request due to non-technical issues, the User can file a dispute. The User must raise the exchange request within 7 days of availing the course online.

  7. Refund Process for Unfulfilled Services

  8. For a refund request, submit a request on our website. A representative will contact you at the registered phone number provided on the platform. Refund requests will be entertained if PD Consulting has failed to provide the course within 7 days of the course start date. Refunds are at PD Consulting's sole discretion and will be processed after statutory deductions.
