Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Schedule

   • Orders with successful payment are usually shipped on the next working day through reputed courier services or by Indian Speed Post. Indian Speed Post is used for locations where courier service is not available.

2. Shipping Charges

   • Shipping charges of Rs. 40-200 are applicable for orders priced up to Rs. 1999 depending on courier partner and various other parameters.

   • Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000.

   • International shipping fees are chargeable at a flat rate of Rs. 2000.

3. Delivery Transit Time

   • Within Odisha: 2-3 Working Days*

   • Rest of India: Up to 7 Working Days*

   • International: Up to 30-45 Working Days*

*May vary for special orders

4. Delivery Attempts

   • Our courier partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account, the package will be returned to us. To reship the order, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is non-negotiable.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Only defective or damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds. Customers need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return. Only products received by us within 10 days from the date of delivery will be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

   • PD Consulting retains the right to examine whether the product returned is defective or damaged. Based on the verification, PD Consulting will either reship/replace the product to the customer. In case the product is defective or damaged, PD Consulting will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address subject to the availability of stock. If the product is not defective or damaged, it will be reshipped to the customer at their cost.

   • If the product stock is unavailable, a request for a refund will be initiated and communicated to the customer via registered email. Refunds are processed after statutory deductions and will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.

5. Return of Products

   • The Buyer may return a product only if:

     • The item was defective.

     • The wrong item was sent by the Seller.

   • Returns must be made within 7 business days of receiving the order. The item must reach us intact, unused, and with all its original packaging and accessories.

   • Customers must send back the faulty unit to our Odisha office at their own cost for replacement. The package must be sent via a prepaid, insured, and trackable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. The delivery is to be made to the following address:

7. International Returns

   • No returns will be accepted for international shipments. A full or partial refund may be processed after providing proof of damage or defect. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

   • You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order No.#

   • A cancellation fee of Rs. 40-200 will be applicable on all orders depending on various factors

   • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.

2. Refund Process for Cancellations

   • Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund or provide the amount in the wallet depending on product to product. It may take up to 7-10 business days for banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund. For any delays post confirmation, please contact your bank directly.

3. Alternative Options

   • If a product is out of stock, we may offer you an alternative option in advance.
